How does it work?
Once your serviced apartment in added to our website and listed among the other serviced apartments. You will be given a user name and a password from our system. We will kindly ask you to adjust the availability calendar of your apartment, so that your serviced apartment will only be shown for the dates that are available to rent it. Shortly, you will start to receive booking requests for your serviced apartment from potential clients. Once you receive a request, you will be sent an automatic e-mail from our system with the details of the request. In order to view and answer this request, you will need to log in to your account. Once you access the request, you will be accept, reject or amend the booking. Once you accept a booking, our system will send an e-mail to the client who has made the request for your serviced apartment, stating that you have accepted the request. When the client confirms the request, your booking will be finalized.
How can I communicate with the client?
Once you are logged in, you will have a dialog box with the client to exchange messages through our system.
How much does the service cost?
Registering your serviced apartment to Choove website is completely free. You will only be asked for a commission from the confirmed bookings after the client checks out.
