The 55 sq.mt loft is recently renovated and turned in to a stylish yet comfortable environment. It is consisted of two floors offering a wide range of modern amenities and tons of space. The first floor consists of a living room with a dining area for 4 guests, a fully equipped open kitchen, laundry area with washer/dryer and a spacious bathroom with an integrated surround system. The second floor hosts the bedroom with a king size bed, which has a storage space in its base, a second flat screen TV and a changing room. The suite is able to offer a quiet and private stay in a lively area which is filled with famous fashion stores and jewellery boutiques.The security of the apartment is provided with its motion-censored alarm system and unbreakable windows. Like all of our apartments, R7 is equipped with amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and A/C System in order to give you the comfort of your own home.
