Brera, which begins just behind the famous La Scala, features many small galleries, concentrated on Via Brera and Via Fiori Chiari, which sell the works of Gio Ponti, Lucio Fontana and Angelo Mangiarotti among other famous artists. It is a very prestigious and trendy area of Milan and it is very popular to live in, by successful business people and famous artists. It is full of small streets with cute and exceptional boutiques and lately it also started to be well known for its fashionable bars, restaurants where you will find many delicious tastes from the best Italian artisan producers. Brera hosts the famous Pinocateca di Brera and Academia delle Belle Arti and is located at walking distance from other important areas such as Duomo, Montenapoleone, Cadorna and Castello. It is one of the most famous areas in Milan.

This gorgeous 45 sq.mt one bedroom apartment has just been renovated. However the antique pieces in the apartment, such as its fireplace and the hand crafted wooden ceiling has not been touched. Although the apartment overlooks to one of the most active streets in the center of Milan, due to its position on the top floor and its double layered windows, it is genuinely quiet. Its steel entrance door opens to a bright and cozy living room, which hosts a study desk, comfortable Italian sofa and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is also situated in this area and from dishwasher to oven, everything which would make your life easy, is present. The double bedroom features a king size bed and wardrobe, while the bathroom has antique water taps and a comfortable bathtub.
